Client Service Associate
The Executive Centre has a reputation for having the highest service standards in the serviced office industry, and we maintain that reputation on the strength of our Client Service Associates (CSAs). As a CSA, you are the main point of contact between The Executive Centre and its clients. We are looking for candidates with a lot of energy and initiative, who are strong multi-taskers, love being around people, and want to work in a fun, fast-paced, team environment. As a CSA, you’ll have the chance to make strong contacts, learn valuable skills in business administration, and make a difference in a growing company. As the company expands, we always look to hire internally, and many CSAs have advanced to managerial positions within the company.

Client Service Leader
Client Service Leaders (CSLs) are at the helm of the client service team, and ensure that each client experiences the kind of best-in-class service on which The Executive Centre has built its reputation. We are looking for candidates with a lot of energy and initiative, who are strong multi-taskers, love being around people, and have experience leading a team. CSL’s with 2-4 years of experience in the hotel or airline industry, and who have a record of providing a “wow” factor of client service, are usually the most successful in this position, and will have opportunities to advance to management positions.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager ensures that daily operations at the centre run smoothly. The job requires a broad range of responsibilities, including overseeing all aspects of client service, identifying new services and revenue streams in the centre, and dealing with contractors and suppliers. Operation Managers should be strong leaders, should have at least four years of experience in another service industry. They should have knowledge of service recovery, and an understanding of business and communications systems. Most importantly, they should be able to balance a range of diverse and time-sensitive tasks.
Business Development Manager
The Executive Centre is expanding, and we are on the lookout for experienced business development managers, who have a demonstrated record of success in sales. We have created an environment where strong sales people thrive, with generous commission schemes and paths for advancement. If you have 3-5 years of sales experience, are an excellent networker, can work under pressure, and want to join a dynamic sales team, we’d love to hear from you.
