The driving force behind the success of The Executive Centre is undoubtedly its people. The staff are divided between a number of cities in Asia and Australia and they all have one thing in common - providing TEC clients with the best possible service. They do this by successfully providing serviced offices, virtual offices and conference facilities to a number of different businesses and organisations.
The management team is lead by CEO Paul Salnikow. The Group Director Alan Seigrist assists Paul Salnikow. Alan describes his 'real job' as working to make the traditional office obsolete.
Korea is looked after by Jacob Joh, who works to create a high performance culture, while his counterpart in Shanghai, General Manager Kevin Crowe is working on hosting a gateway to China.
In addition to General Managers and Business Development Managers, The Executive Centre has Client Service Associates in the form of Mila Hastuti and Dini Litasari. They describe their tasks as 'Making it Happen' and 'Superb Day-to-Day Delivery'.
