Getting Your Virtual Office Plan Started

Step 1: Select Your VO Plan

Choose your preferred Virtual Office plan and complete checkout or submit an enquiry online.

Step 2: Complete Online KYC

Upon payment, you will receive an email with instructions to complete a two-step online Know Your Customer (KYC) process*:

  • 1. Verify your identity
  • 2. Upload your business registration document

*In some locations, additional documentation may be required to meet local compliance requirements. Our KYC team will be in touch if needed. The KYC process typically takes 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Set Up Your Service & Onboard

Once KYC is completed, your plan will be activated. Our team will reach out to assist with onboarding and finalise your service setup.

HK KYC Requirements

Please note that the KYC standards are very thorough for a registered Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) in Hong Kong, however this also means that you can rest assured that you will be in excellent company with TEC. Please see the standard requirements below:

  • Filled and signed document checklist
  • Articles of association
  • Certificate of incorporation
  • Latest business registration certificate
  • Incorporation form NNC1 or latest annual return form NAR1 if the company has been incorporated for more than a year
  • Copy of HKID or passport & latest residential address proof for all director(s)
  • Copy of HKID or passport & latest residential address proof for all ultimate beneficial owner(s) with 25%+ ownership
  • If the subject member company involves any corporate shareholder(s), an organisation chart will be required
  • For any corporate shareholders / corporate directors, we will require additional supporting documents
