The Executive Centre is continuing to grow its network in Taipei, adding to the four existing centres with the launch of a new space in Nanshan Plaza. TEC proudly begins welcoming Members to this new centre on 1st July 2018, with an opening celebration taking place soon after. Situated within the central business hub of the city and overlooking leading financial institutions, the centre will occupy the 34th floor, with stunning views of the bustling city below.

Given its prime location, Nanshan Plaza is conveniently surrounded by abundant food and drink choices. The centre is also within walking distance of hotels and serviced apartments, and is just a 3-minute walk to Taipei City Hall Bus Transfer Station. For ease of movement, Nanshan Plaza is connected to surrounding buildings, including Taipei 101 by a pedestrian bridge and is 40 minutes from Taoyuan International Airport.

Consistent with The Executive Centre’s commitment to developing high quality spaces, the centre will deliver a “smart office” concept for all Members. The 1307 sq. meter centre consists of 184 workstations with furniture from acclaimed designer Timothy Oulton, and ergonomically designed chairs by Herman Miller.

As the capital of Taiwan, Taipei is a rapidly growing city and home to 2 million people, including expatriates and a thriving community of entrepreneurs. Booming industries such as technology and tourism have contributed to increased demand for flexible workspaces. Taipei Nanshan is a complex of three buildings, including an office tower in addition to commercial and cultural facilities. Together with Taipei 101, the towers constitute a new landmark in the city. The building was designed by renowned firm Mitsubishi Kisho Sekkei Inc and the spires are designed to mimic the shape of praying hands as an expression of gratitude.

“While flexible workspaces are certainly trending, we also understand the ongoing privacy required by our Members. TEC’s Taipei Nanshan Plaza is a perfect combination of collaborative premium lounge space and professional private office units. The majority of our presale occupancy is from Members seeking bespoke spaces with maxed efficiency and flexibility. The spacious premium lounge area has been really embraced by Members and is already booked for private events throughout the rest of the year! We are positive about the outlook for Taipei as we observe growth in demand from both enterprises and millennial entrepreneurs. With this kind of energy, TEC will certainly continue to expand to serve our growing community.” stated by Jacqueline Lin, Managing Director North Asia The Executive Centre.

We are excited to have found this opportunity to grow our network in Taipei and to support the expansion of our existing members as well as welcoming new Members in the region. Given the economic uplift in both Taiwan and the Greater China region, and the interest we have already received, we expect to continue expanding our presence and developing The Executive Centre community in the region.
