What happens if all Day Offices are fully booked on my preferred day?

If all Day Offices are fully booked, please contact our Centre Operations team. We will do our best to arrange an alternative such as a Meeting Room or Coworking Space, subject to availability.

Is it possible to book the same office for multiple days?

While we cannot guarantee the same office due to demand, our team will do their best to accommodate your preference subject to availability.

Can I invite guests and other team members to my Day Office?

Yes, you can share your Day Office with both members of your team and guests. Our Day Offices are designed to accommodate flexibility and collaboration. Here’s what you need to know:

For Team Members: If your team members are also subscribed to a Day Office Plan, you can easily share office space for no extra charge. Our Day Offices come in various sizes — small (1-3 seats), medium (4-6 seats), and large (over 7 people) — to cater to different team sizes. It’s important that each team member has an individual subscription to ensure seamless access.

For Guests: You are welcome to bring guests into your Day Office. When booking your office through the MyTEC app, simply add your guest to the booking. Applicable charges for guests will be displayed and can be reviewed during the booking process.
