The Executive Centre Marks Official Launch of New Centre at IOI Central Boulevard Towers
Singapore 4 February 2026: The Executive Centre (TEC) has officially marked the opening of its newest centre at IOI Central Boulevard Towers with a private launch event held on 30 January 2026, attended by senior business leaders and partners.
The new centre commenced operations in November 2025, on level 32 of IOI Central Boulevard Towers and offers more than 300 workstations across purpose-designed private offices, meeting rooms, lounges and event spaces. The launch event formally celebrated TEC’s investment in Singapore’s Marina Bay central business district area, following previous expansion activity at Ocean Financial Centre in March 2025. Today, TEC now operates 13 centres across nine locations in Singapore.
The event was attended by Mr. Png Cheong Boon, Chairman of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) and Ms. Junie Fo, Vice President and Head for Professional Services of the EDB, alongside TEC’s global leadership team and invited guests from across the regional business community.
Designed with a strong emphasis on social interaction, collaboration and scalability in mind, the new centre at IOI Central Boulevard Towers demonstrates TEC’s evolving approach to flexible workspace design — prioritising zones designed to encourage social activities, hospitality-grade amenities and high-spec infrastructure to support multinational and regional businesses operating across Asia.
Strategically located at the junction of Central Boulevard and Raffles Quay, the centre is directly connected to Downtown MRT and surrounded by key financial institutions, retail and dining offerings in the Marina Bay district.
Junie Fo, Vice President and Head, Professional Services, Singapore Economic Development Board:
“The Executive Centre’s latest investment in Singapore reflects our strength as a trusted hub offering stability and a springboard for global businesses looking to access the region’s growth prospects. Flexible workspaces like The Executive Centre are part of Singapore’s vibrant ecosystem of trusted partners that help companies start up quickly, forge connections, and scale faster across the region,” said Ms. Junie Fo, Vice President and Head, Professional Services, Singapore Economic Development Board.
Yvonne Lim, Regional Managing Director of SEA at The Executive Centre:
“Our clients today are managing regional mandates that are broader, faster-moving and more complex than before. At TEC, we are responding by concentrating on landmark locations and spaces that can flex with our members as their businesses evolve. Our new centre at IOI Central Boulevard Towers was built to support that reality — enabling leadership teams to scale quickly and operate seamlessly across markets.”
