What is included with a Private Office at TEC?

Our Private Office provides you with 24-hour access to a fully-furnished lockable office that includes furnishing and equipment such as 9AM Standing Desks, Herman Miller Chairs, a personal lockable pedestal, ready to use corporate grade internet connectivity and Cisco Phones.

As a Private Office Member within our spaces, our team of professional experts and premium facilities are also readily available on-site to provide additional operational support. From our receptionists and dedicated, in-house IT technicians, telecommunication infrastructure, access to copying, fax, discounted pay-per-use meeting rooms, as well as a professionally staffed lounge and private call booths.

How many people can a Private Office accommodate?

We have Private Offices of various sizes to meet the headcount and workspace needs of a variety of business sizes and particular requirements. For workspace requirements exceeding this, we are able to customise and arrange a tailored Enterprise solution or multiple Private Offices to meet your needs. Can I switch to a bigger or smaller Private Office during my agreement period?

Absolutely. We are here to assist our Members every step of the way by providing highly flexible, agile and mobile workspace solutions for the future of work.

Can I access other TEC Centres with a Private Office plan?

Yes, Private Office Members can access Coworking Spaces, Meeting Rooms and Event Venues at any of our 150+ locations around the world. Although before you visit another TEC Centre please use the MyTEC app to book your required space in advance and present your QR code upon check-in at the Centre. You can also book Meeting Rooms in all our locations through our real-time online booking system at a competitive rate.

Is there a deposit required for a Private Office plan?

There is a security deposit required with our Private Office contract. The deposit is fully refundable provided any outstanding fees have been settled.
