Terms & Conditions:

Valid for one year from the start date
Applicable at all TEC Centre's located in the city where the package was purchased
Available only on business days during the Centre’s operating hours
Only room rental is covered; additional miscellaneous charges are not included
This package cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or preferential rates
Purchases for Meeting Room Packages grants access to hours/credits for the entire duration of the package. This amount will not renew or recur each month
Any unused hours/credits within the validity period cannot be carried forward or extended and will be deemed forfeited upon the expiration date
No cancellations or refunds will be provided after the purchase of the meeting room package

Using the MyTEC App, select “Packages Available” to filter eligible rooms. Choose your preferred space, and apply your package to confirm your booking.

This package is applicable only within your purchased city location and does not extend to the global TEC Network.

All Meeting Room Package purchases are final, and we do not offer cancellations or refunds. We recommend confirming your details before finalising your package purchase.

Hourly Packages allow you to book any room up from 2-12 guests, while Credit Packages apply to any number of guests. Whether you’re hosting a small team meeting or a larger collaborative session, our packages are tailored to meet your needs and optimise your experience.

Unfortunately, our Meeting Room Packages are designed specifically for use during our regular office hours. While we appreciate your interest in extending your experience with us, our current offerings are tailored to optimise our service standards and availability during these designated times.
